Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
90-day warranty
On top of your rights under the law, every Floating Stack is covered by our 90-day warranty. If it stops floating, the light fails, or it arrives faulty, contact us within 90 days of delivery with your order number and a short video or photo of the issue, and we'll replace it or refund you.
Change of mind
Changed your mind? Return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for the return address. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. Once we receive and check the item, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days.
