Where we ship
We ship worldwide, and shipping is free on every order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Delivery time
Australia: usually 1–2 weeks.
US, UK, Canada and Europe: usually 1–3 weeks.
Everywhere else: usually 2–4 weeks.
Delays can happen in busy periods like Christmas or because of courier issues outside our control. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country.
Tracking
Use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow your order. If tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact us and we'll chase it up.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us with your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund.
